Heidi Marcus
Co-Founder | Independent Facilitator | Consultant
Heidi is an Independent Facilitator with a strong background in program leadership, case management, family engagement, advocacy, disability inclusion, and community based services. Her experience spans international organizations, nonprofits, education, humanitarian programs, and person centered support.
She works closely with individuals and families to navigate California’s Self Determination Program, clarify goals, prepare for planning meetings, identify services and resources, and develop practical next steps that reflect each person’s priorities, preferences, and vision for their life.
Heidi combines professionalism, empathy, and clear guidance to help families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the planning process.

Nikoo Dolati
Co-Founder | Independent Facilitator | Family Advocate
Nikoo is a Certified Independent Facilitator and Family Advocate with experience supporting individuals and families through California’s Self Determination Program, person centered planning, Individual Program Plan preparation, educational planning, Regional Center navigation, and advocacy.
She also brings professional experience in finance, budgeting, audit, risk management, internal controls, reporting, project management, and organizational operations.
Her approach combines strong analytical skills with compassionate and practical family support.
